Your Privacy is Our Priority
ReLite is designed with privacy at its core. All your health data stays on your device — we don't collect, upload, or share it with anyone.
1. Introduction
Welcome to ReLite's Privacy Policy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use the ReLite mobile application.
At EnerKit Pte. Ltd., we take your privacy seriously. We built ReLite to help you track your health journey while keeping your data completely private and under your control.
2. What We Collect
2.1 Health Data You Enter
When you use ReLite, you may choose to enter:
- GLP-1 injection records (date, time, dosage, injection site)
- Weight measurements
- Nutrition intake (protein, fiber, calories, water)
- Side effects and wellness notes
- Personal health goals
Important: All this data is stored locally on your device only. We do not upload it to our servers, and we cannot access it.
2.2 Attribution and Analytics Data (Collected by Third-Party SDKs)
To help us understand how users discover and interact with ReLite, we use third-party SDKs (AppsFlyer and Facebook SDK) that automatically collect certain technical data:
- Device identifiers: IDFV (Identifier for Vendor) and IDFA (only with your permission via iOS tracking prompt)
- App usage data: App opens, installation timestamp, session duration
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, screen size
- Attribution data: Information about which advertising campaign led to your app installation
- IP address: Used temporarily for attribution purposes (not stored long-term)
Critical Distinction: This technical data is collected by third-party SDKs for attribution and analytics purposes. Your personal health data (weight, medications, side effects, etc.) is NEVER included or transmitted to these services.
For full details about these third-party services, see Section 6: Third-Party Services.
2.3 What We DON'T Collect
ReLite and our third-party service providers do NOT collect:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Your health data entered in the app (weight, medication records, side effects, nutrition data)
- Location data (precise or approximate)
- Photos, contacts, or other personal data from your device
- Audio or video recordings
- Crash reports or diagnostic data
- Browsing history or search queries
3. How We Store Your Data
3.1 Local Storage Only
All your health data is stored securely on your iOS device using Apple's standard secure storage mechanisms (UserDefaults). Your data:
- Remains on your device at all times
- Is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
- Is backed up with your device backups (iCloud or iTunes, depending on your settings)
- Is deleted when you uninstall the app and clear app data
3.2 No Cloud Servers
ReLite does not use any cloud servers or remote databases. We do not have the ability to access, view, or retrieve your health data.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your health data is used only on your device to:
- Display your health information and trends
- Calculate medication levels based on your injection records
- Show your progress toward health goals
- Generate charts and visualizations
We do not use your data for any other purpose because we don't have access to it.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share your data with anyone. Period.
Since your data never leaves your device:
- We don't sell your data to third parties
- We don't share it with advertisers
- We don't provide it to analytics companies
- We don't use it for research or marketing
6. Third-Party Services
To improve our services and understand how users discover and use ReLite, we integrate with the following third-party service providers. These services may collect certain technical and usage data as described below.
6.1 AppsFlyer Attribution SDK
We use AppsFlyer to measure app install attribution and analyze app usage patterns.
Purpose:
- Track app installation sources (which ads or campaigns led to the app download)
- Measure marketing campaign effectiveness
- Analyze in-app events for improving user experience
Data Collected by AppsFlyer:
- Device identifiers (IDFV - Identifier for Vendor, always collected)
- IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) - only if you grant tracking permission via iOS prompt
- App installation data and timestamps
- In-app events (e.g., app opens, feature usage - no health data)
- Device type, OS version, and general device information
- IP address (used for attribution, not stored long-term)
Important: AppsFlyer does NOT have access to your health data (weight, medication records, side effects, etc.). Only technical app usage data is shared.
Data Sharing: The data collected by AppsFlyer is transmitted to AppsFlyer's servers for processing and analysis. AppsFlyer acts as a data processor on our behalf.
AppsFlyer's Privacy Policy: https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/privacy-policy/
Your Control:
- You can limit IDFA tracking by going to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → and denying permission to ReLite
- Even if you deny tracking permission, basic attribution data (using IDFV) will still be collected for essential app functionality and fraud prevention
6.2 Facebook SDK (Meta)
We use Facebook SDK (FBSDKCoreKit) for app analytics and attribution purposes.
Purpose:
- Measure app performance and user engagement
- Understand how users discover our app through Facebook/Instagram ads
- Improve ad targeting and measure campaign effectiveness
Data Collected by Facebook SDK:
- Device identifiers and advertising IDs (with your consent)
- App usage patterns and events (e.g., app installs, app opens)
- Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
- SDK version information
Important: Facebook SDK does NOT have access to your health data. Only app usage analytics and attribution data are shared with Meta.
Data Sharing: Data collected by the Facebook SDK is transmitted to Meta's servers and processed according to Facebook's Data Policy.

Important: Firebase does NOT have access to your health data (weight, medication records, side effects, etc.). Only technical app usage and performance data is shared.
Data Sharing: The data collected by Firebase is transmitted to Google's Firebase servers for processing and analysis. Google Firebase acts as a data processor on our behalf.
Firebase's Privacy Policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Your Control:
- Firebase Analytics uses anonymous app instance IDs and does not collect IDFA
- You can limit data collection by going to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → and disabling "Share iPhone Analytics"

6.4 What We DON'T Use
ReLite does NOT integrate with:

ReLite does NOT use:
- Cookies or similar web tracking technologies
- Web beacons, pixels, or clear GIFs
- Session replay or screen recording tools
- Device fingerprinting technologies beyond standard SDK identifiers
- Cross-site or cross-app behavioral tracking

17.3 Your Control Over Tracking
You have full control over ad tracking:
- iOS 14.5+ users: When you first open ReLite, you'll see an iOS prompt asking for permission to track. Choose "Ask App Not to Track" to deny IDFA access
- Change your choice later: Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → ReLite, and toggle tracking on or off
- Limit ad tracking system-wide: Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
What happens if you deny tracking?
- ReLite will work exactly the same - no features are restricted
- Basic attribution data (using IDFV) will still be collected for fraud prevention and essential analytics
- IDFA-based personalized tracking will be blocked
