Welcome to ReLite!
ReLite is a health tracking application designed to help people taking GLP-1 medications manage their treatment journey more effectively. We built ReLite to provide users with tools to track their medication schedule, monitor medication levels, record nutrition intake, and track weight changes.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ReLite mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using ReLite, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using ReLite. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReLite, you acknowledge that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- If you are using ReLite on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms
2. Description of Service
2.1 What ReLite Offers
ReLite is a personal health tracking tool that provides:
- GLP-1 Medication Tracking: Record injection dates, times, dosages, and injection sites
- Medication Level Monitoring: Visualize estimated medication concentration in your body based on pharmacokinetic models
- Nutrition Tracking: Log daily intake of protein, fiber, calories, and water
- Weight Management: Track weight changes over time and view progress toward your goals
- Side Effects Logging: Record and monitor side effects and wellness notes
- Data Visualization: View trends and insights through charts and graphs
2.2 Free and Premium Service
ReLite offers both free and premium subscription options:
- Free Version: Access to basic tracking features with no cost
- Premium Subscription: Optional subscription unlocking additional features (pricing displayed in the app)
Premium subscription is entirely optional. You can continue using ReLite's core features for free indefinitely.
2.3 Local Data Storage
All your health data is stored locally on your device using iOS system storage. ReLite does not upload your data to external servers or cloud services. Your data remains private and under your control at all times.

- ReLite is designed as a personal tracking tool to help you organize and visualize your health information
- ReLite does NOT replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from qualified healthcare providers
- The medication level calculations are estimates based on mathematical models and should not be considered medically accurate
- ReLite is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
3.1 Always Consult Your Healthcare Provider
You should always consult with your doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional before:
- Starting, stopping, or changing any medication
- Making decisions about your dosage or injection schedule
- Interpreting any data or calculations provided by ReLite
- Making any medical decisions based on information in the App
3.2 Emergency Situations
In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on ReLite for emergency medical assistance.
3.3 No Guarantee of Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate calculations and information:
- Medication level estimates are based on general pharmacokinetic models derived from publicly available sources, including FDA clinical pharmacology reviews, published research studies, and pharmaceutical label information
- These calculations are estimates only and may not reflect your individual metabolism, health conditions, or other personal factors
- ReLite cannot account for individual variations in drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, or elimination
- The pharmacokinetic models used are based on population averages and may not apply to your specific situation
- You are responsible for verifying any information before making health decisions
Data Sources: Medication level calculations are based on pharmacokinetic data from sources such as FDA Clinical Pharmacology Reviews, FDA Label Information, and published clinical studies. These are educational estimates only and should never replace professional medical advice.
3.4 User Responsibility
By using ReLite, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your health and medical decisions
- You will not rely solely on ReLite for medical guidance
- You understand that ReLite is a tracking tool, not a medical advisor
- EnerKit Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any health outcomes or medical decisions you make
3.5 Regulatory Status
ReLite is classified as a general wellness app, not a medical device:
- ReLite is NOT a medical device as defined by regulatory authorities (FDA, CE, TGA, HSA, etc.)
- ReLite has NOT been evaluated or approved by any medical regulatory authority
- ReLite is NOT intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions
- ReLite is NOT intended for use in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease
- ReLite is a general wellness product designed for general health, fitness, and lifestyle tracking purposes only
- The medication level calculations are educational estimates only and should not be used for any medical decision-making
3.6 Subscription and Billing Terms
ReLite offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
Subscription Options
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly until canceled
- Annual Subscription: Billed annually until canceled
Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Payment and Billing
Payment Processing:
- All subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Pricing is determined by Apple's App Store and may vary by country/region
- You will be charged in your local currency as determined by Apple
Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
- You can use premium features for the trial period without charge
- The trial duration will be clearly displayed before purchase
- You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription
- Only one free trial per user is allowed
Automatic Renewal
⚠️ Auto-Renewal Notice
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Renewal will be charged at the current subscription price at the time of renewal
- You will be notified of any price changes in advance
Managing Your Subscription
To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select ReLite from the list
- Choose "Cancel Subscription" or modify your plan
Alternatively, you can manage subscriptions through the App Store app on your device or through iTunes on your computer.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation must be done through your Apple ID account settings (not within the ReLite app)
- To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal
- When you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- After the current period ends, your account will revert to the free version
- No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days of your billing period
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by Apple, not EnerKit Pte. Ltd.:
- All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple
- Apple's refund policies and procedures apply
- To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Refunds are granted at Apple's sole discretion
- Generally, refunds are not provided for subscriptions unless there is a technical issue or unauthorized purchase
Note: EnerKit Pte. Ltd. does not have access to your payment information or the ability to process refunds. All billing is managed by Apple.
Price Changes
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time
- Price changes will not affect your current subscription period
- You will be notified in advance of any price changes
- By continuing your subscription after a price change, you accept the new price
- You can cancel at any time if you do not agree to a price change
Subscription Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your payment method fails or is declined
- You engage in fraudulent activity or account sharing
- You misuse the Service in a way that violates these Terms
In such cases, no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
Family Sharing
If enabled by us, premium subscriptions may be shareable with family members through Apple's Family Sharing feature, subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Account Transfer Restrictions
Subscriptions are non-transferable:
- Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and cannot be transferred to another account
- If you switch devices but use the same Apple ID, your subscription will be accessible
- Subscriptions cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with others (unless through Family Sharing if enabled)
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Accurate Information
You are responsible for:
- Entering accurate and complete information into the App
- Regularly reviewing and updating your health data
- Understanding that the quality of ReLite's outputs depends on the accuracy of your inputs
4.2 Proper Use
You agree to use ReLite:
- Only for lawful purposes
- In accordance with these Terms
- In a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
- For personal, non-commercial use only
4.3 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use ReLite to provide medical advice to others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5. Data & Privacy
5.1 Local Storage Only
ReLite stores all your health data locally on your iOS device using the device's secure storage mechanisms. We do not:
- Upload your health data to remote servers
- Share your health data with third parties
- Access your health data remotely
- Store your health data in the cloud
Critical Distinction: Your personal health data (weight, medication records, side effects, nutrition data) stays on your device. However, we use third-party SDKs that collect technical usage data as described below.
5.2 Third-Party Service Providers
ReLite integrates with the following third-party services for app analytics, attribution, and performance monitoring:
AppsFlyer (Attribution & Analytics SDK)
- Purpose: Measure app install attribution and analyze app usage patterns
- Data collected: Device identifiers, app usage events, installation data
- Your health data is NOT shared with AppsFlyer
- Privacy Policy: AppsFlyer Privacy Policy
Facebook SDK (Meta - Analytics SDK)
- Purpose: App analytics and attribution for Facebook/Instagram advertising
- Data collected: Device identifiers, app usage patterns, SDK version
- Your health data is NOT shared with Facebook/Meta
- Privacy Policy: Facebook Privacy Policy
Firebase Analytics & Performance (Google)
- Purpose: App usage analytics, performance monitoring, and engagement tracking
- Data collected: Device identifiers, app usage events, performance metrics, crash-free statistics
- Your health data is NOT shared with Firebase/Google
- Privacy Policy: Firebase Privacy Policy
Important: These third-party SDKs collect only technical and usage data (device identifiers, app opens, installation source, performance metrics). Your personal health information entered in ReLite is NEVER transmitted to these services.
5.2.1 Cross-Border Data Transfers
International Data Transfers:
Technical usage data collected by third-party SDKs may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including:
- United States: Both AppsFlyer and Facebook/Meta have servers and operations in the United States
- European Union: Data may be processed in EU data centers
- Other Countries: Data may be transferred to other countries where these service providers operate
Data Protection: AppsFlyer and Facebook/Meta have implemented appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international data transfers in compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws.
Remember: Only technical usage data is transferred internationally. Your health data (weight, medication records, side effects) remains stored locally on your device and is never transmitted.
5.2.2 Data Retention by Third-Party Providers
Data Retention Periods:
- AppsFlyer: Retains attribution and analytics data for up to 24 months, or as required by applicable laws. For specific retention details, see AppsFlyer's Privacy Policy
- Facebook/Meta: Retains analytics data according to their data retention policies. For specific details, see Facebook's Data Policy
5.2.3 Data Handling After App Deletion
What Happens When You Delete ReLite:
- Your Health Data: All health data stored locally on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app and clear app data from iOS Settings
- Third-Party SDK Data: Technical usage data previously collected by AppsFlyer and Facebook SDK will be retained by those services according to their respective data retention policies
- To Request Third-Party Data Deletion:
- AppsFlyer: Contact AppsFlyer directly through their privacy contact form
- Facebook/Meta: Use Facebook's privacy settings or submit a data deletion request through Facebook's privacy tools
Important: EnerKit Pte. Ltd. does not control or have access to data retained by third-party service providers. You must contact them directly to exercise your data rights regarding their data collection.
App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
In compliance with Apple's ATT framework (iOS 14.5+):
- You will be prompted to grant or deny tracking permission when you first open ReLite
- You can change your tracking preference at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- If you deny tracking, IDFA-based tracking will be blocked, but basic attribution using IDFV will continue for essential app functionality
- All app features work the same regardless of your tracking choice

5.3 Your Data Belongs to You
You retain all rights to your personal health data. You can:
- Access your data at any time through the App
- Delete your data by uninstalling the App and clearing app data from your device settings
- Export your data (if export functionality is available in the App)
5.4 Data Security
While your data is stored locally on your device:
- We implement reasonable security measures within the App
- The security of your device is your responsibility
- We recommend using device passcodes, biometric locks, and keeping your iOS software updated
- EnerKit Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for unauthorized access to your device
5.5 Data Processing Agreement
By using ReLite, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Technical usage data may be collected by third-party SDKs for analytics and attribution purposes
- This data is processed in accordance with the respective third-party privacy policies
- Your health data remains local on your device and is not shared with any third parties
- You can control tracking permissions through iOS settings
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
ReLite, including all content, features, functionality, design, code, graphics, and user interface, is owned by EnerKit Pte. Ltd. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install ReLite on your personal iOS device
- Use ReLite for your personal, non-commercial use
- Access features and functionality as made available by us
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Warranties
ReLite is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or reliability of information, or uninterrupted or error-free service.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EnerKit Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Any health outcomes or medical decisions made based on the App
- Any personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the App
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the App
- Any unauthorized access to your device or data
7.3 Third-Party Service Providers Disclaimer
Third-Party SDK Liability Disclaimer:
ReLite integrates third-party services (AppsFlyer and Facebook SDK) for analytics and attribution purposes. EnerKit Pte. Ltd. is NOT responsible or liable for:
- Any actions, errors, omissions, or conduct of third-party service providers
- Any data breaches, security incidents, or unauthorized access by third-party services
- Any failures, interruptions, or malfunctions of third-party SDKs
- Any changes to third-party services' terms, privacy policies, or data handling practices
- Any claims arising from your interaction with or data collected by third-party services
Important: Third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. You should review:

Your use of these third-party services is at your own risk, and you agree to hold EnerKit Pte. Ltd. harmless from any claims related to third-party services.
7.4 Maximum Liability
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to use ReLite (which is $0, as ReLite is free).
7.5 Jurisdictional Limitations
Important: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, warranties, or liability. If you are located in such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EnerKit Pte. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of ReLite
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Any health decisions or medical outcomes related to your use of the App
- Any content or data you enter into the App
- Your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of ReLite.
9. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ReLite (or any part thereof) at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, but we are not obligated to do so.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
- For material changes, we will provide notice within the App or through other reasonable means
- Your continued use of ReLite after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may stop using ReLite at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. When you uninstall the App, your data will remain on your device until you manually delete it through iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → ReLite → Delete App.
11.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ReLite at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal or unauthorized use of the App
- Any conduct that we believe may harm other users or our reputation
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use ReLite will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive termination.
11.4 Data After Termination
What Happens to Your Data When You Stop Using ReLite:
Your Health Data:
- All health data (weight, medication records, side effects, nutrition data) stored locally on your device remains on your device after termination
- You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app and clearing app data from iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → ReLite → Delete App
- EnerKit Pte. Ltd. does not have access to your health data and cannot delete it on your behalf
- If you have iCloud backup enabled, your data may be included in device backups according to your iCloud settings
Third-Party SDK Data:
- Technical usage data previously collected by AppsFlyer and Facebook SDK will continue to be retained by those third-party services according to their respective data retention policies
- EnerKit Pte. Ltd. cannot delete data stored by third-party service providers on your behalf
- To request deletion of data held by third-party services, you must contact them directly:
- AppsFlyer: Submit a request through their privacy contact form at AppsFlyer Privacy Policy
- Facebook/Meta: Use Facebook's privacy tools at Facebook Privacy Help
Complete Data Deletion Steps:
- Uninstall ReLite from your device
- Go to iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → ReLite → Delete App to remove all local data
- If using iCloud backup, manage ReLite data in your iCloud backup settings
- Contact AppsFlyer and Facebook/Meta directly to request deletion of data they have collected
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ReLite shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
13. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you downloaded ReLite from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and EnerKit Pte. Ltd., not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for ReLite
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to ReLite or your use of it
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally:
- Send a written notice describing the dispute to: service@support.enerkit.life
- Include your name, contact information, and a detailed description of the dispute
- We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice
Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith communication and we encourage you to contact us first.
14.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to the arbitration provisions below, you agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or ReLite shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Singapore, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14.3 Arbitration Agreement (For Certain Jurisdictions)
Binding Arbitration:
For users located in jurisdictions that permit arbitration agreements, you and EnerKit Pte. Ltd. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or ReLite that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except as specified below.
Arbitration Rules:
- Arbitration shall be conducted by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules
- The arbitration shall be conducted in English
- The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding
Important Note: Some jurisdictions do not permit mandatory arbitration agreements. If you are located in such a jurisdiction (such as the European Union), this arbitration provision may not apply to you, and you retain the right to bring disputes in court.
14.4 Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement above, either party may bring an action in court for:
- Small claims court actions if the claim qualifies
- Injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights
- Claims that the arbitration agreement is invalid or unenforceable
14.5 Class Action Waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
You and EnerKit Pte. Ltd. agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If a court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request must be severed from the arbitration and brought in court, while other claims will proceed in arbitration.
Note: Some jurisdictions (such as the European Union and certain U.S. states) do not permit class action waivers. If you are located in such a jurisdiction, this waiver may not apply to you.
14.6 Arbitration Costs
If arbitration is required:
- Each party shall bear its own costs and fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator
- If you prevail in arbitration, we will reimburse your reasonable arbitration costs and attorneys' fees to the extent required by applicable law
- For claims under $10,000 USD (or equivalent), we will pay all arbitration fees
14.7 30-Day Right to Opt-Out of Arbitration
You have the right to opt-out of the arbitration agreement:
- You may opt-out within 30 days of first using ReLite
- To opt-out, send an email to service@support.enerkit.life with subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out"
- Include your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt-out of the arbitration agreement
- If you opt-out, all disputes will be resolved in court as specified in Section 14.2
15. General Provisions
15.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction:
- The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable
- If modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed from these Terms
- The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
- The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions
15.2 Entire Agreement
Complete Agreement:
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EnerKit Pte. Ltd. regarding your use of ReLite, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
15.3 No Waiver
The failure of EnerKit Pte. Ltd. to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Specifically:
- Our failure to act on a breach does not waive our right to act on subsequent or similar breaches
- Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of EnerKit Pte. Ltd.
- A waiver of one provision does not constitute a waiver of any other provision
15.4 Assignment
Your Rights: You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
Our Rights: We may assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent, including but not limited to:
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets
- To an affiliate or subsidiary company
- To any successor in interest
In the event of such assignment, these Terms will bind and benefit the respective successors and assigns.
15.5 Notices
How We Contact You:
We may provide notices to you:
- Through notifications within the ReLite app
- By posting updates on our website
- Through the contact information you provide (if applicable)
- By any other reasonable means
How to Contact Us:
You may provide notices to us by email at service@support.enerkit.life or by mail at the address provided in the Contact Us section.
All notices shall be deemed given when delivered.
15.6 Force Majeure
EnerKit Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or severe weather
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
- Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Power outages or equipment failures
- Labor disputes or strikes
During such events, our performance obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
15.7 Interpretation
In interpreting these Terms:
- Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation
- "Including" means "including but not limited to"
- Singular terms include the plural and vice versa
- References to "you" include your successors and permitted assigns
