This Privacy Policy describes how Enerkit Life ("Enerkit", "we", "us") processes information when you use the WellKeeper mobile application (the "App").

1. Summary (The Most Important Points)

• On-device only: Your health data lives on your iPhone. It never touches our servers.
• No account required: You don't need to sign up or provide an email to use the App.
• No selling: We do not sell your personal data. We never collect or store it on our servers.
• You are in control: You can revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

2. Information the App Processes

The App processes the following types of information locally on your device:

Detailed Local Storage Information

In addition to the above, the App stores the following information locally on your device:

• Personalized Baselines: Average values calculated from your past 14 days of health data, used to provide personalized recommendations
• Manually Entered Measurements: If you choose to manually input grip strength, waist circumference, VO2 Max, etc., these records are saved locally
• Historical Trend Data: Records used to display charts and quarterly summaries
• App Preferences: Such as interface language, onboarding completion status, etc.

Important: All of this data is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to any server. Uninstalling the app will completely delete this data.

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not upload your health data to any server.
• We do not create user profiles for advertising.
• We do not use third-party analytics SDKs (like Google Analytics or Mixpanel) that track your behavior.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Apple Health / HealthKit

The App integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit) to provide you with meaningful health insights.

• Permission: We only access HealthKit data if you explicitly grant permission.
• Control: You can manage these permissions at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > WellKeeper.
• Policy: We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or data mining. We do not share HealthKit data with third parties.

Read Permissions:

• Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
• Resting Heart Rate
• Heart Rate
• Respiratory Rate
• VO2 Max (Cardiorespiratory Fitness)
• Step Count
• Active Energy Burned
• Basal Energy Burned
• Body Mass (Weight)
• Waist Circumference
• Sleep Analysis
• Menstrual Flow

Write Permissions:

• Menstrual Flow (Only when you manually record and choose to sync)

5. Menstrual Cycle Tracking (Optional Feature)

If you choose to use the menstrual cycle tracking feature, the App will:

• Read: Read your menstrual cycle data from Apple Health (if available)
• Write: If you manually record cycle data, the App can sync it back to Apple Health (requires your authorization)
• Store: Store cycle records and predictions locally to provide personalized health advice
• Privacy: All data is processed only on your device and is never uploaded to any server

You can revoke health data write permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

6. Camera Privacy

If you use the optional heart rate measurement feature, the App needs access to your camera.

• Real-time Processing: Video frames are processed in real-time in memory (RAM).
• No Storage: We do not save photos or videos to your device or Camera Roll.
• No Upload: Camera data is never uploaded to any server.

7. Data Retention

Since we do not store your data on our servers, you have full control over data retention.

• Deleting Data: Uninstalling the App will remove all local app data. Health data stored in Apple Health remains there until you delete it via the Apple Health app.
• Backups: If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, your app data will be included in that backup, subject to Apple's security and privacy policies.

8. Security

By keeping data on your device, we leverage the strong security features of iOS (sandboxing, data protection). We recommend you keep your device updated and use a passcode/Face ID to prevent unauthorized physical access.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the updated policy.
